Nothing really beats getting two-day shipping from Amazon for free. I was ordering a couple books last week and when I checked out, Amazon decided that they wanted to give me three months of amazon prime, the free-two-day-shipping-on-everything for $80 a year special, for frees! So I'll probably fall in to that trap and order more things from amazon in the next couple month to take advantage of the shipping. I can't imagine I'll actually pay the $80 and keep it beyond that though, I don't really buy enough stuff via amazon at the moment. Books I got:

This weekend was crazy - I'll get in to it later though because I have a photo at home that I want to include in it and I haven't put it up on flickr yet. It included looking at craigslist for a couch just about every 10 minutes and we still only have one potential couch. Not only does the vast majorities' taste in couches suck but everyone must be looking for a couch right now because we've only had a handful of people even email us back.

New wait wait podcast today too - a solid day so far.

I must say, it was kinda nifty to really start filling notcomet with some media from amazon. It could have been easier though. I looked at my current party shuffle list on iTunes for some music suggestions which you can export as xml (upload xml from itunes and match via amazon), I looked through my amazon wish list (import from my amazon wish list or recently purchased items) and my netflix list for my movies (import from netflix). Strangely, I had to figure out my books on my own - why can't I manage my books somewhere on the internet yet?

Flickr import seems to be working with larger photos now, too!
